Take the Stage! : Teaching Excellence Through the Arts
Using the award winning National Dance Institute teaching techniques created over 35 years ago by NYC Ballet star Jacques D'Amboise, our fourth grade students learn to do their best and to never give up. Kansas City Artistic Director and former member of the Kansas City Ballet, Rebka Sakati and a professional accompanist engage our students in weekly classes throughout the school year that culminate in a Winter and Spring performance. Along the way, they learn to work together as a team, to take risks, develop self-confidence and the discipline to achieve their goals in all areas of life.
